PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Penetrant 100/200 is a product of a liquid type based on a special silane(SiH4). It infiltrate by capillary tube cavity deeply when apply it to concrete and form the strong waterproofing layer that prevent deterioration of a building by absorbing water, damage from salt breeze, ultraviolet rays . Penetrant100 infiltrates concrete by a high-performance type well.
Penetrant 200 is a general-purpose type, and expression of water-repellency is fast, and, besides, there is osmolarity.
CHARACTERISTIC
○ Insulation is simple and shows water-repellent effect, absorbing water prevention effect, preventing from salt breeze.
○ Because it is a clear type, It can just make use of a feeling of the groundwork.
○ Surface tension of a formation membrane is small, and the dust which stuck to the surface is easy to come to fall because of rain and is stained, and there is an effect in preventing it.
○ Because water does not let it go through, but gas keeps on; breathing of a building do not disturbing it.
○ It is superior in the durability, weather ability to infiltrate the groundwork well.
APPLICATION
Penetrant 100/200 can be applied to a variety of objects including concrete, PC, mortar, ALC, brick, stone material, roof, wall, silicon board and asbestos board etc.

APPLIED CHARACTERISTIC
Mix concrete (Combination is showed below) under JISA 1138 and mold it as dimensions 10X10X10cm, 7.5 φ X15cm 10X10X40cm. After molded, place it 1day at 20℃, 80%RH,then put into water(20℃) for 6days, dry at 20℃ ,50%RH for 21dyas.
(The combination of Concrete: cement 294kg/m2; Water 185kg/cm2; Thin bone material 716kg/cm2; Thick bone material 1045kg / cm2)

INSULATION METHOD
(1) Cleaning & Drying of Groundwork -- garbage, old coating are removed by brush, & disk Sanda cleaner,then use high pressure water closet enough. In addition, please avoid apply just after rained. Please choose a fine day, and it is good for insulation , and please dry coating side.
(2) Treatment of groundwork - structure crack please fill up by ceiling materials beforehand.
(3) Protection -- please take good care of non-coating side by polyethylene film.
(4) Application -- apply it more than twice with a roller, spray.
(5) Osmosis, water absorption-resistant, permeability-resistant, prevent of salt breeze are effectively after 24 hours of application. However, Penetranr 200 need around 24 hours & Penetrant 100 need at least 120hrs at room temperature (20℃) show water-repellent effect .

The handling and attention in safekeeping
(1) Please don’t dilute with thinner, water.
(2) Leaving it unused shut it tightly, and please keep it.
(3) Please do not bring fire close at the time of application. In addition, please make ventilation better when apply it in the room.
(4) Please clean it up with thinner or use thin liquid of paint.
(5) Please wear protection glasses and protection gloves during insulation.
(6) Please keep it in a cool and dark space with a little moisture.
(7) Please keep it in safety place that avoid to a child.
